Returns & Exchanges

At Perilla Lingerie, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with all tags and hygiene seals intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your customer portal or contact our support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specify if you would like a refund or an exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items in their original luxury packaging. Ensure all designer tags are attached and that the items show no signs of wear or perfume scents.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location. We recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our atelier receives your return, we will conduct a quality inspection. Approved returns will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
